Science Communication

Engaging with the community to promote scientific literacy and excitement is an essential aspect of the scientific process.  Through lab tours to primary and secondary students, demonstrating evolution-based activities to school-aged individuals and science educators, and summarizing my research for general-audience blogs, I have committed to science outreach and public engagement.  I look forward to more opportunities to share my research and enthusiasm.
